And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ryan Russo!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Glass and Steven Brown.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Russo.
Russo is working Valadares over with some ground and pound from side control.

Russo wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Valadares, who protects the arm well.
Russo lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Valadares down.

Valadares is trying to control Russo's posture but Russo avoids it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Russo is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Valadares will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Russo is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

It looks like Rubao Valadares has been cut.

Russo is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Valadares can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Valadares is rocked!
Valadares takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Russo's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
