Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Omar Haseesh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mendez Papillion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Haseesh kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Guns n Roses - Mr Brownstone. Haseesh is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Omar Haseesh could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Mendez Papillion's chin.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Glass and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haseesh misses with a double jab
and Papillion counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Haseesh is breathing heavily.
Papillion closes the distance and clinches.
Papillion lands a body shot in the clinch.
Papillion has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Haseesh regains guard immediately.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Papillion is stalling in the full guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Papillion accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Haseesh preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Haseesh is working an open guard so Papillion takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Papillion will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

The fighters circling - Papillion throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Papillion throws a combination. Haseesh tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Haseesh leaves his chin hanging out and Papillion seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Haseesh crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
