Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Idk Idk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hard Core (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hard Core will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Idk Idk!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Hard Core!
The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Vladimir Khabensky and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Core bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Idk is looking for a sweep.
Idk is trying to control Core's posture but Core avoids it.
Core working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Core throwing strikes but Idk manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!
Idk looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Core tries to buck Idk off but Idk is having none of it.
Core gets back to half guard.
Core actively working from the bottom here.
Core wants to control but Idk is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Idk trying to keep a closed guard but Core is proving a slippery customer.
Idk is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Core defends well.
Core is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Idk is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Idk has escaped and now he's on top!

Idk looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Core with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Core is looking for a sweep. Idk is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Idk is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Core is just riding it out for now. Idk eventually gives up the hold.
Idk working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Idk stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.

and Core counters with a shoot takedown. Idk fights it but they end up in guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Core got a little sloppy there for a moment and Idk has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Core has managed to get both his arms back between Idk's legs - danger averted.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Core accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Hard Core showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Idk tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

and Core counters by moving into the clinch.
Core is trying to trip Idk. He has hold of a leg but Idk is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Core persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Core passes Idk's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Idk is defending against the submission attempts here by Core.
Idk is pressing down on Core's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Core has gone for a leg lock! Idk slips out almost immediately though and dives into Core's guard.

I would just about give that final round to Hard Core.
Well Core has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
