Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Terry Uzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Cheng (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Uzi's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, I want to keep my belt... . Charles Cheng acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Terry Uzi! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Charles Cheng! The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Johanna Lukiainen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cheng throws a low kick but Uzi avoids it. Uzi takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Cheng throws out a loose jab but Uzi uses good head movement to avoid it. Uzi stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Cheng pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Uzi back to the cage. Cheng follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
It looks like Terry Uzi has been cut. Cheng fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Uzi tries to clinch and Cheng counters with a stiff right hand. Charles Cheng seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nice body kick from Cheng. Cheng scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Uzi closes the distance looking to clinch and Cheng counters with an outside leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cheng lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Cheng lands with a kick to the ribs.
Cheng misses with a body punch
and Uzi counters with a nice double leg into guard. Cheng looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Cheng is looking to sweep but instead, Uzi has passed into half guard.
Uzi works his way into full mount!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Cheng tries to hold on but Uzi postures up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Cheng keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Cheng is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cheng tries to control Uzi's body but Uzi pushes him off. Cheng squirms to his side and now Uzi has his back! Uzi is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Cheng trying to control the position but Uzi manages to sink in the hooks. Cheng rolls, trying to escape but Uzi keeps control of the position.
Uzi doesn't have the hooks in and Cheng manages to turn into his guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Cheng trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Uzi looking to control but Cheng passes into half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Charles Cheng dominated that round. The cut man is working on Terry Uzi's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Cheng lands a jab to the head.
Cheng misses with a low kick.
Cheng cracks Uzi with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Cheng throws out a leg kick but Uzi moves out of range and Cheng only half commits. Cheng throws a hook but Uzi avoids it easily. Cheng digs a good body shot into Uzi's ribs. Uzi wants to clinch and Cheng counters with a leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Uzi tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Cheng makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Uzi really felt that one! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Cheng.
Cheng fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Uzi. Cheng scores with a hook. Charles Cheng is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Cheng lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Terry Uzi's cut is getting worse. A good leg kick by Cheng. Crunch! Cheng slams his shin into Uzi's torso.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cheng is looking to slow Uzi down with leg kicks. Uzi drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Cheng dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Cheng thuds his shin into the meat of Uzi's side. Cheng connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Cheng lands a jab. Cheng drops Uzi with a beautiful combination! Uzi stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Cheng is looking for the KO!
Uzi is rocked!
Terry Uzi's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Cheng has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ohhhhhhhhhh, brutal head kick from Cheng! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:08 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Charles Cheng! Charles Cheng is the new light heavyweight champion!
