PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arthur Eld (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Binzo Binzo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Binzo's choice of entrance music: Hair of the Dog by Nazareth. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Binzo Binzo!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Steve Montenegro and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Binzo scores with a takedown into Eld's guard.

Binzo drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Binzo jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Eld knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Binzo on the ground.

Eld wants to control but Binzo is keeping busy and won't allow it.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Binzo paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

and Binzo counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Binzo is working Eld over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Binzo connects with a nice short shot to Eld's temple.
