Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lu Dias Rosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richard Richmond Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rosa is looking to slow Richmond Junior down with leg kicks. Richmond Junior misses with a head kick.
Rosa gets in close and instigates a clinch. Rosa works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Richmond Junior is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Richmond Junior not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Rosa pushes down on Richmond Junior's leg and manages to get into half guard. Richmond Junior has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Rosa is working away from the top position though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rosa is looking to advance position but Richmond Junior won't allow it. Rosa content to control rather than advance. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Rosa scoring well with a low kick there.
Richmond Junior is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rosa wants to clinch up but Richmond Junior keeps it at a distance. Richmond Junior doesn't succeed with the takedown and Rosa makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Rosa pushes Richmond Junior up against the cage in a clinch. Rosa dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Rosa is pressed up against the cage. Richmond Junior has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Rosa down to the mat. Rosa avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. The fight stays on the outside here - Richmond Junior looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Rosa has taken the fight to the clinch.
Rosa has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Richmond Junior is trying to keep an underhook but Rosa manages to get the takedown into half guard. Rosa trying to mount his opponent but Richmond Junior defends it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Richmond Junior is looking for a sweep. Rosa is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Rosa tries to pass to full mount but Richmond Junior defends it. Richmond Junior tries to roll over but Rosa keeps him under control. Rosa is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Richmond Junior is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Rosa pulls his head out easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Well, if Rosa is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Rosa moves nicely into side control. Rosa tries to advance to mount but Richmond Junior denies him. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lu Dias Rosa dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Rosa feints and then cracks Richmond Junior's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Richmond Junior down. Rosa lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Rosa could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Rosa fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Richmond Junior, pushing him back against the cage. Rosa leaning against his opponent.
Rosa gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Rosa wants to pass the guard but Richmond Junior is keeping the position. Rosa is working hard here to advance position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rosa is looking to advance position but Richmond Junior has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Richmond Junior throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Rosa because Richmond Junior loaded up on that one. Rosa is looking to get to half guard. Richmond Junior with some aggressive grappling here, looking for the finish.
Richmond Junior is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Rosa is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Rosa flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Richmond Junior anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Rosa and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Richmond Junior slips an arm under Rosa chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Richmond Junior has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Richmond Junior is squeezing on Rosa like an anaconda would it's prey. Rosa fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
