Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bruno Ferro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank The Crippler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferro lands with an overhand left.
The Crippler tries to clinch up but Ferro circles away and keeps his distance.
The Crippler throws a hook to the side of Ferro's head but Ferro sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

and The Crippler counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

and The Crippler counters with a low kick, right behind Ferro 's knee.

Ferro keeps control of The Crippler as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Ferro is working for takedown but The Crippler is calmly controlling the position for now.

Ferro shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Ferro is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

The Crippler fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Ferro looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

The Crippler is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Ferro had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

The Crippler's corner calls for a 1-2. The Crippler obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
The Crippler fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Ferro has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The Crippler clobbers Ferro with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Ferro takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Ferro tries to move into range but The Crippler moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

The Crippler throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Ferro stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
