Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joe Boxer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackson Pollock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Eddie Farnsworth and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pollock looks to land a right hand but Boxer moved out of range.
Boxer lands a jab to Pollock's midsection.
Boxer bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Pollock's head.
The fighters circling - Pollock throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Pollock digs a good hook to Boxer's body.
Pollock throws a body punch but Boxer moves out of range.
Pollock misses with a combination
and Boxer connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Pollock shoots in looking for a takedown. Boxer tries to sprawl out of it but Pollock keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Boxer manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Pollock fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Boxer, pushing him back against the cage.

Boxer gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Pollock.
Boxer is looking to break free of the clinch but Pollock has double underhooks.

Boxer throws a quick inside leg kick.
Boxer thows a body shot but no joy.
Boxer lands a leg kick that knocks Pollock off balance momentarily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pollock lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Pollock is landing with some decent strikes but Boxer is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Pollock thowing shots but they're missing.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Boxer slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Boxer is looking to escape.
Pollock winds up and cracks Boxer with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Pollock seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Boxer avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Pollock.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Boxer wants to get back to his feet.
Boxer tries to roll over but Pollock keeps him under control.
Boxer is breathing heavily.
Boxer is staying active underneath Pollock, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Boxer is controlling Pollock's position as best he can from this difficult position.

Pollock connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Boxer momentarily.
Horrible takedown by Pollock or perhaps it was just good defense by Boxer which made him look bad.

Boxer takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Pollock lands a big right hand that sends Boxer crashing to the mat! Pollock stays standing though and waves Boxer back to his feet!

Pollock loads up on a big right hand but Boxer slips the punch.
Oh Boxer is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Nice defenses there by Boxer.
Pollock missing with a left hand there. Boxer was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Pollock closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Boxer out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
