Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave Kramer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dave Kramer struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 186.4lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jimmy Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dave Kramer! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Cecil Peabody and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson drives through with a takedown into guard. Kramer looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Jackson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jackson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Jackson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kramer swivels though and keeps the full guard. Jackson is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Jackson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kramer keeping full guard, as Jackson tries to pass. Jackson won't allow Kramer to get back to his feet. Jackson tries to free his leg and advance position but Kramer is retaining full guard. Jackson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jackson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Kramer. Kramer drives through with a takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kramer has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Jackson to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Kramer is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Jackson pulls down on the head and he's put Kramer to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:02 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Jimmy Jackson!
