The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fincenzzo tries for a takedown but Allen circles away easily
and Allen counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Vincent Fincenzzo has been cut.
Allen lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Fincenzzo circles away quickly and effectively.
Allen misses with a double jab.
Fincenzzo misses with a takedown
and Allen counters with a left to the body.
Allen fails to land with a series of punches.
Fincenzzo gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
letting Allen counter with a right hand.
Jared Allen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vincent Fincenzzo.
Fincenzzo on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Fincenzzo looks gassed!

Allen moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

Allen drops Fincenzzo with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Fincenzzo looks back up at him and smiles so Allen waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

That has opened up Vincent Fincenzzo's cut even more.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Allen cracks Fincenzzo's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Fincenzzo slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Allen can do further damage! This one is done, son!
