Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Buzz Shock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damastes A Cimabue (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shock comes to the cage accompanied by Born A Champion. A Cimabue has chosen The Beginning is the End is the Beginning as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Buzz Shock!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Damastes A Cimabue!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Skip Squint and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A Cimabue doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Shock cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Shock decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Shock sitting and controlling from the half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Shock lands a nice short elbow.
A Cimabue tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Shock thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
A Cimabue is staying active underneath Shock, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

A Cimabue is pressing down on Shock's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Shock stops A Cimabue from standing up.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Shock slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
We're going to have a standup here because Buzz Shock wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Shock tries for a takedown but A Cimabue sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Shock shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Shock is trying to control. A Cimabue wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Shock wants to pass to mount but A Cimabue is defending the position.
A Cimabue trying to hold on to Shock's head to control him but Shock postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
A Cimabue moves into full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A Cimabue looking for a triangle here. Shock is fighting it but it looks tight! A Cimabue pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Shock is tapping out - this one is all over!
