Salonica gets caught flat footed, as Persson shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Persson wants to pass the guard but Salonica is keeping the position.
Persson slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Persson is working to tighten is grip on Salonica's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Salonica has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Persson is really squeezing tight and eventually Salonica passes out! Persson breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
