Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Trey Money (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric St Croix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Money's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Triumph by Wu Tang Clan. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Trey Money! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Eric St Croix! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Shigeki Sano and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! St Croix throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. St Croix gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily enabling Money to counter with a crisp jab. Money lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Money connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. St Croix looks gassed! St Croix tries for a takedown but Money circles away easily and Money counters with a nice double leg into guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! St Croix is working an open guard so Money takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Money shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches St Croix napping and manages to drive through into side control! Money stands up and we're back to a striking position. Money lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Eric St Croix has been cut. Money shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Money was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Money stands up from mount. Strange move.
That's one minute gone in the round. St Croix has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. St Croix should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Money looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Money stands up out of the half guard. Money connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Money shoots in for a takedown and gets it. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Money decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

Money comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. St Croix looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Money scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
St Croix shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Money counters with a three punch combo that has St Croix backing up. St Croix nods at Money to acknowledge the strikes. Trey Money has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eric St Croix. Money shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Money gets to his feet. St Croix looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Money scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. St Croix doesn't seem bothered though. Money feints a jab promting St Croix to slip. Money then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. St Croix slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Money lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Money.
That has opened up Eric St Croix's cut even more. Money throws a combination. St Croix tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Money looks to land a combination but St Croix avoids it well. Money misses with a series of wild punches.
The fighters circle momentarily. Money darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. St Croix shoots and misses and Money counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. St Croix working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Money has passed into half guard!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. St Croix is trying to improve his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Money stands up and beckons St Croix to his feet. A combination from Money does no damage. Money is working the combinations to good effect here. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! St Croix misses with a takedown attempt and Money counters with a nice double leg into guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Money decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on St Croix, up you get! Trey Money dominated that round. The cut man is working on Eric St Croix's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
St Croix has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Money. Money closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Money stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows St Croix to get to his feet. Money throws a wild combination but nothing lands. St Croix fails with the takedown and Money counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Money escapes and gets back to his feet. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A combination from Money does no damage. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! St Croix with a poor takedown and Money counters with a left and a right that stings St Croix. Money misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. St Croix takes one to the chin there. Money throws a combination but it was largely blocked by St Croix. That's going to take a lot out of Eric St Croix. Money is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
That's one minute gone in the round. St Croix is looking to control Money's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can St Croix avoid being mounted? St Croix looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. St Croix wants to control but Money passes into side.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Money decides to take the fight back to the feet. Money closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. St Croix quickly recovers to half guard. Money wants to get back to his feet.
St Croix is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Money escapes and gets back to his feet. Money lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but St Croix circles away quickly and effectively. Money is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that St Croix can do to turn this around? Money scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. St Croix misses with a takedown and Money counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. St Croix is trying to control the position but Money postures up.

Money will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Money gets to his feet - St Croix follows without any prompting. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Money throws a nice looking combination but St Croix bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. A combination from Money does no damage. Money sizes up St Croix with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Money scores a takedown into full mount! Money is standing up, even though he is in mount. Money jabs at St Croix's body. St Croix is trying desperately to land a takedown but Money is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for St Croix. Money scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. St Croix looking for submissions off his back. St Croix regains full guard. Nicely done. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. St Croix has his foot on Money's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Money works his way back into a safe position though. Money stands up and waves to St Croix to follow him. Money works over St Croix's head and body with a nice combination. Money swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. St Croix is looking to get back to full guard here but Money has managed to pass to side control instead. Money has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Trey Money is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. St Croix has his takedown stuffed and Money counters with a one-two to the body. Money cracks the inside of St Croix's front leg. Money throws a combination but it was largely blocked by St Croix. St Croix misses with a takedown attempt and Money counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Money. Trey Money has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eric St Croix. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. St Croix working a defensive guard but Money passes into half guard.
