Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Drake Bradstone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jeff Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Daniel Franklin and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Bradstone.
Jackson throws a shot from downtown. Bradstone moves away and avoids it.
Jackson misses with an uppercut. Bradstone saw that one coming.
Bradstone doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Jackson counters with a good low kick that Bradstone was not able to check.

Bradstone shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Nice strikes from Bradstone there.
Bradstone wants to take a breather but Jackson is having none of it.
Jackson blocking the ground and pound attempt from Bradstone.
Jackson is trying to get back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jackson is trying to maintain the position but Bradstone is very close to passing his half guard.

Jackson is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Jackson is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Bradstone is looking to work some ground and pound but Jackson has wrist control.
Jackson lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Bradstone!
Bradstone is looking to improve his position but Jackson isn't that keen on the idea.
Jackson trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Jackson cracks Bradstone with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Jackson stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.

Bradstone tries for a takedown but Jackson circles away easily
and Jackson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Jackson lands with a nice body punch.
Jackson lands a nice hook to Bradstone's body. Bradstone takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Bradstone's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Jackson connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bradstone scrambles back to his feet.
Jackson jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Jackson tries to bum rush Bradstone with a series of wild strikes but Bradstone uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Jackson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bradstone.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Drake Bradstone. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jackson throws a low kick, looking for Bradstone's leg but Bradstone calmly moves out of range.
Bradstone closes the distance but Jackson moves to the side
and Jackson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bradstone on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Bradstone takes one on the button.

Bradstone showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Jackson.
Jackson waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Bradstone.
Jackson throws a low kick, looking for Bradstone's leg but Bradstone calmly moves out of range.
A lazy left from Jackson finds it's target.
Jeff Jackson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Jackson gets caught napping as Bradstone dives in and scores a takedown. Jackson manages to retain guard.

Jackson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Bradstone defends it easily.
Bradstone wants to control from the top but Jackson keeps moving.
Bradstone throwing strikes from guard but Jackson blocks nicely.

Jackson working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Bradstone has passed into half guard!

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Jackson manages to get to full guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bradstone accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Jackson is looking for a triangle but Bradstone pushes his legs off easily.
Bradstone slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Bradstone postures up in Jackson's guard and throws a big left but Jackson blocks it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jeff Jackson dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

and Bradstone holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
The referee calls for Jackson to work.
Bradstone has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Jackson is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Jackson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Drake Bradstone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bradstone on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Jackson lands a nice shot that snaps Bradstone's head back.
Jackson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jackson wants it to stay on the feet.
Bradstone closes the distance but Jackson moves to the side
and Jackson counters with a left to the body.
Bradstone fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Drake Bradstone. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jackson ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Bradstone looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Jackson connects with a body shot that sends Bradstone's belly button to the back.
Jackson has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Bradstone's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Jackson connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bradstone scrambles back to his feet.


It looks like Drake Bradstone has been cut.
Jackson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Bradstone has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Bradstone shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Jackson stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Jackson scores with a three punch combo!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Jackson throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Jackson thuds a left hand into Bradstone's body.
Bradstone takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Jackson scores with a hook to the body. Bradstone takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Jackson's corner calls for a 1-2. Jackson obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Drake Bradstone is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Jackson fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Bradstone on the side of the head.
Jackson jabs Bradstone right on the nose. Bradstone blinks but takes it well.


Bradstone is rocked!
Jackson lands a big head kick that sends Bradstone to the canvas! Jackson follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:17 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jeff Jackson!
