The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davidson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gracie moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Gracie gets a double leg takedown into Davidson's guard.
Gracie trying to control but Davidson is working from the bottom.
Davidson avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Gracie sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Davidson's guard.
Gracie wants to pass to mount but Davidson is defending the position.
Gracie seems to be looking for submissions.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gracie is looking to take a break and control but Davidson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Gracie is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Davidson is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
