Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dwight Ansalon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Flava Flave (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Flave's choice of entrance music: Momma said Tap you Out. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Ansalon. Flave does a little dance to reset his feet.
Flave throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Flave cracks Ansalon with a good jab.

Flave closes the distance and pushes Ansalon back into the cage.
Ansalon is pressed up against the cage. Flave has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Ansalon down to the mat. Ansalon avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ansalon slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Ansalon manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Flave manages to get himself to full guard.
Ansalon postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
