Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Frekkas Poop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Olli Jokinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jokinen is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Prodigy - Poison. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jokinen looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Poop closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jokinen circles away.
Poop misses with a body shot.

Poop feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Poop has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Poop throws a lazy uppercut
and Jokinen counters with a leg kick.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Olli Jokinen hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Jokinen stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jokinen wants it to stay on the feet.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Jokinen is not content to let Poop control the position.
Jokinen wants to control but Poop postures up.
Poop is chipping away with strikes.
Poop misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Poop throws an elbow but Jokinen slips to the side and avoids it well.

Poop has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
