Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Arlo Svengali! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Dave Dunham! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Steven Brown and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Svengali tries to clinch but Dunham moves away and Dunham counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Svengali punching from the bottom.
Dunham is taking a breather. Svengali says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Dunham decides to stand up. Svengali has his takedown stuffed and Dunham counters with a nice double leg into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Svengali is trying to stand.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dunham content to stall in guard here. Dunham is looking to work some ground and pound but Svengali has wrist control. Dunham is landing with some decent strikes but Svengali is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Dunham throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Svengali is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Dunham is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Dunham!
