The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Trang tries to close the distance and clinch but Kuch swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

and Kuch connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Trang swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Kuch counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Trang throws an off balance right hand
and Kuch counters with a nice body shot.

Kuch lands a glancing blow to the side of Trang's head.

Herman Trang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That was a close round but I would say that Ledil Kuch will probably get the nod.

Trang lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Trang uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Kuch has time to react.

That kick from Kuch tenderised Trang's leg. Trang is trying to keep his angry face on.

Kuch is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Trang can do to turn this around?

Kuch pivots, looking for a leg kick but Trang is out of range and Kuch settles back down.
Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Trang might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Kuch has got the better of the exchanges.

Ledil Kuch is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
