Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Josh Godcheck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sparing Bjj (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Godcheck comes to the cage accompanied by Higher Ground by The Red Hot Chili Peppers. Bjj has chosen 50 cent feat. eminem, cashis & lloyd banks - You don't know as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Josh Godcheck! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Sparing Bjj! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Alec Ball and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bjj slips a straight right by Godcheck. Bjj shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Godcheck as he avoids it easily. Godcheck swinging wildly here.
Bjj shoots and misses and Godcheck counters with a nice uppercut. A jab lands there for Godcheck.
It looks like Sparing Bjj has been cut. Godcheck fails to land with a series of punches.
The fighters circling - Godcheck throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
That's one minute gone in the round. Godcheck thows a left - swing and a miss! No joy there for Godcheck, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bjj moves out of range of the strikes. Godcheck misses with a series of wild punches.
Godcheck looks to land a right hand but Bjj moved out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Godcheck moves into range and connects with a jab. Bjj defending well as Godcheck loads up on a big left hand. Bjj moves away from the strike by Godcheck. Godcheck misses with a hook. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bjj. Josh Godcheck has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sparing Bjj. Bjj slips under a jab.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bjj uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Godcheck.
Godcheck looks to land a left hand but Bjj moved out of range nicely. Bjj moves out of range as Godcheck strikes. Godcheck throws a series of punches but Bjj moves out of range. Bjj tries for a takedown but Godcheck circles away easily and Godcheck counters with a lovely straight right hand!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. No luck for Bjj with that takedown attempt. Godcheck just misses with a punch to the body.
Bjj staying out of range there. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. A combination from Godcheck does no damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Josh Godcheck dominated that round. The cut man is working on Sparing Bjj's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Godcheck scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Godcheck misses with a body shot.
Bjj with a poor takedown and Godcheck counters with a straight right hand. Bjj tries to score a power double leg takedown but Godcheck sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bjj somewhat. Godcheck keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Bjj. Josh Godcheck is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Godcheck misses with a straight right. Godcheck throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Godcheck slaps away a takedown attempt from Bjj, before circling back to the center of the mat. Josh Godcheck has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sparing Bjj. Godcheck defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bjj.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Godcheck misses with a hook. Bjj ducked under it nicely. Bjj blocks a head kick by Godcheck.
A big right from Godcheck misses. Godcheck misses with a two punch combination.
Bjj scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Bjj tries to pass the half guard into mount. Godcheck knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Godcheck works his way to full guard. Good work. Bjj drops back looking for a leg! Godcheck is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Godcheck manages to kick Bjj off! Bjj jumps back into Godcheck's guard. Bjj thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Godcheck keeping moving, preventing Bjj from controlling successfully. Bjj tries to free his leg and advance position but Godcheck is retaining full guard. Godcheck looking for a sweep. Not yet Godcheck, not yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Godcheck looking to control.
Bjj thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Bjj advances position into side control! Bjj wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Godcheck, who protects the arm well. Bjj tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Bjj has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Godcheck tries to get back to half guard but can't. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Josh Godcheck dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Sparing Bjj's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Godcheck gets caught napping as Bjj dives in and scores a takedown. Godcheck manages to retain guard. Bjj stands and throws Godcheck's legs to the side, diving into side control. Godcheck is not content to let Bjj control the position. Bjj is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Godcheck knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Bjj is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Godcheck is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Godcheck is trying to improve his position. Bjj is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Godcheck looks calm but he's in trouble here. Bjj gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Godcheck is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Bjj lets go of the hold and Godcheck can pop his arm back in it's socket.
