Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Lambert (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Owain Glyndwr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lambert comes into the arena with Disturbed - Stricken blaring out of the sound system. Glyndwr has chosen Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Lambert has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Lambert and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
