Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Macey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trace Bradley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bradley comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Beautiful Music For You to Die Too-Necro kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Frank Macey! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Trace Bradley! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Radbod Blank and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Macey throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bradley sees it coming and avoids it easily. Macey connects with a jab. Bradley throws a shot to the body.
Bradley connects with a single shot there. Macey pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Macey fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Macey is defended easily by Bradley. Macey takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bradley misses with a looping left.
That's one minute gone in the round. Macey throws the kick towards the body but Bradley avoids it. A left lands for Macey. Bradley throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bradley misses the jab. Trace Bradley is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. A nice inside leg kick there by Macey. That's going to slow Bradley down. Bradley checks a leg kick nicely. Bradley tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Macey is able to avoid easily. Macey scores with a head kick.

That had to hurt Bradley. Nice sprawl there from Bradley as Macey shoots in. A big left from Bradley misses. Macey keeps Bradley at a distance using the push kick.

Let's see what he can do from the top position. Bradley can't keep his opponent in guard - Macey advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Macey not doing much here.
Macey's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bradley is trying to control but Macey manages to pass to mount!

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bradley holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Macey tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Both fighters are breathing heavily. Bradley cracks Macey with a good jab.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Macey avoids a lazy jab quite easily. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Macey uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bradley. Bradley will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Macey trying to control but Bradley is working from the bottom. Macey seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Macey wants to control from the top but Bradley keeps moving. Macey looking to sit in guard and control but Bradley gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Bradley won't allow Macey to sweep him here. Bradley must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

We're going to have a standup here because Frank Macey wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Macey closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Bradley misses with a telegraphed body shot

Macey looks to land a left hand but Bradley moved out of range nicely. Bradley dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Macey. That did some damage! Nice body kick from Bradley. Bradley cracks Macey with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bradley missing with a left hand there. Macey was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Macey wants to slow Bradley down by chopping away at his legs.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Frank Macey. I think Macey has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
