Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tom Bader (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hank Tank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Hank Tank was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tom Bader! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hank Tank! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Stewart Dunkirk and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tank misses with a takedown and Bader counters with a nice double leg into side control. Tank won't be happy with that. Bader wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Tank, who protects the arm well. A lull in the action here as Bader stalls from top position. Tank manages to work his way to half guard, despite Bader's best efforts. Tank wants to get back to full guard but Bader has mounted him! Bader lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Tank hang on? Bader tries to control but Tank wriggling away. Tank sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Bader is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Tank misses with some strikes from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bader throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Bader is looking to advance position but Tank won't allow it. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Tank can do anything to dispel that myth. Tank wants to improve his position but Bader is controlling well.
Bader is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Tank is staying active underneath Bader, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Tank is looking for a sweep. Bader is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Tank blocking the ground and pound attempt from Bader. Tank is trying to stand up here but Bader is controlling him well. Bader keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Tank tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Bader manages to move to mount!
Bader throwing strikes here but Tank is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bader raining down shots from the mount! The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Tank is squirming around, avoiding Bader's attempts to control the action. Bader is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Tank is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Tank wants to control but Bader is having none of it. Bader can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Tank is looking to escape. Bader throws some wild stikes that Tank manages to avoid easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tank is trying desperately to improve position. Tank avoids a series of strikes thrown by Bader.
Bader has hold of Tank's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Tank manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Tank is trying to escape the mount.
Bader trying to control but Tank is having none of it. Bader is really struggling to control Tank but he's trying to hold on to the position. Tank tries to reverse the position but Bader maintains control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Bader blocks Tank's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. Tank is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Bader looking to land elbow strikes but Tank uses the position to regain half guard. Bader is looking for a kimura here.
Tank tries to get to full guard but Bader has control of the leg. Tank blocking the ground and pound attempt from Bader. Bader passes the guard and advances to mount! Bader looking to control but Tank is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tom Bader dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Tank bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Bader has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Tank wants to take a breather but Bader manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Tank. Tank is looking to work some ground and pound but Bader has wrist control. Tank must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Tank trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Tank lands a couple of decent looking shots. Tank makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Bader is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Tank is aware though and is defending well. Bader working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Tank. Tank connects with a couple of short punches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bader isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Tank stacks Bader on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Tank! Tank creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Bader managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Tank.
Tank scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Bader to see if he's OK. Tank lands some shots froms side control. You can see the frustration on Bader's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Tank working the body and head with strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tank is trying to ground and pound but Bader uses the momentary lack of control by Tank to regain half guard. Tank thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Bader to regain full guard. Tank working some strikes from top position. Tank pushes down on Bader's leg and manages to get into half guard. Bader looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Tank looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Bader with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Hank Tank has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bader is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Tank scores with a couple of nice shots. Bader looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Bader tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Tank has advanced to mount. Uh oh. Tank pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Bader has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Tank's lack of action.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tank throws a strike but Bader avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Tank working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Bader bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Tank's guard. Tank scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Tank doesn't succeed with the takedown and Bader counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Tank is breathing heavily. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Tank has momentary wrist control but Bader slips an elbow through the middle. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tank bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bader's guard. Tank got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bader has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tank has managed to get both his arms back between Bader's legs - danger averted. Tank working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hank Tank showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Tank tries for a takedown but Bader circles away easily and Bader counters with a takedown into side control. Bader wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tank keeps working. Tank looking for a sweep but Bader has passed into full mount! Oh no! Tank is wriggling around trying to escape.
Bader throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Bader is landing with some decent strikes but Tank is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Tank defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Bader. Tank tries to reverse the position but Bader maintains control. Tank takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bader lands a nice shot to the head. Tank is trying to stand. Bader tries to control but Tank wriggling away. Bader scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Tank?
Tank is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Tank wants to control but Bader is having none of it. Bader raining down hammerfists from mount. Tank working to try and regain half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bader is landing with some decent strikes but Tank is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Bader working away from the top, dropping strikes. Bader lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bader can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Tank is looking to escape. Bader prevents Tank from getting the reversal.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bader is working for a guillotine from mount but Tank frees his head quite easily.
Bader cracks Tank with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Bader has control of Tank's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Tank regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Bader lands a big elbow. Bader content just to control the position here. Bader dominating with strikes here. Tank is working to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bader tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Bader misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Bader looking to control and managing it successfully. Bader jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Tank manages to avoid the submission attempt. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tank tries to improve position but can't.
And that's the end of the fight! Tom Bader showed his dominance in that final round. Well Bader has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
