Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dwight K Schrute (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ernest Gonzales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gonzales is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Rick Ross. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
K Schrute fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Gonzales looking to land some kicks to the body here.
K Schrute shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Gonzales counters with a shoot takedown. K Schrute fights it but they end up in guard.
K Schrute trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gonzales keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of K Schrute's head.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
