The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Acer scores with a jab. Ridgeley acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Ridgeley throws a jab when Acer was well out of range.
Ridgeley lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Acer swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Acer misses with an uppercut
and Acer takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Ridgeley tries to clinch but Acer moves out of range.
Ridgeley takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Acer rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Ridgeley counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Acer lands a head shot.

Acer misses with a hook
and Ridgeley counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Ridgeley thows a left - swing and a miss!
Ridgeley misses with a body punch
and Acer counters with a nice uppercut.
Acer swings for the body but Ridgeley moves out of range.
Acer lands a nice shot to the body.
Nice jab there from Ridgeley.
A jab from Acer misses.

Ridgeley rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and Acer counters with a single leg into guard. Ridgeley didn't expect that.
Acer passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Acer tries to score with some ground and pound. Ridgeley controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Acer has hold of Ridgeley's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Ridgeley tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Acer cranks the arm and Ridgeley screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Ridgeley, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
