Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kris Killa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arthur Zloyev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Killa comes to the cage accompanied by Shook ones. Zloyev is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Butterfly Temple - Бегу я рыl. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kris Killa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Arthur Zloyev!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Franklyn Lucas and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zloyev throws a hook to the side of Killa's head but Killa sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Killa misses with a body kick.
Killa tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Zloyev paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A slow jab from Zloyev misses its intended target.
Killa throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
A telegraphed right hand from Killa misses the target.
Killa looks to land a left hand but Zloyev moved out of range nicely.
Nice cross by Killa.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Killa.
Zloyev moves away from the strike by Killa.
Killa takes a swing at Zloyev's ribcage but misses.
Killa gets a clinch.
Zloyev is fighting off a takedown attempt but Killa is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Zloyev to the mat. Zloyev regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Zloyev working for a triangle but Killa defends it easily.
Zloyev wants to get back to his feet but Killa is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Killa is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Killa distracts Zloyev with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Killa is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Zloyev manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Killa manages to get himself to full guard.
Killa can't keep his opponent in guard - Zloyev advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Killa is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Zloyev is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Killa sees it coming and defends easily.
Killa blocking the ground and pound attempt from Zloyev.
Zloyev is looking for a kimura but Killa is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Zloyev to get the leverage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Killa moves into full guard.

Zloyev wants to control from the top but Killa keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Killa keeping full guard, as Zloyev tries to pass.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Killa is on top in guard.
Killa working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Zloyev looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Zloyev looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Zloyev looks gassed!
Killa working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Zloyev's head.
Killa postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Killa trying to control the position from guard on top but Zloyev is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Killa chips away with some ground and pound.
Killa with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Killa passes Zloyev's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Killa scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Killa is trying to work for a kimura but Zloyev is defending well.
Zloyev is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Killa scores with a couple of nice shots.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Zloyev is looking for a sweep. Killa is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
The fight stays on the outside here - Killa looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Killa scores with a nice head shot.
Killa fails with a takedown attempt.
Zloyev has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Killa gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Killa keeping full guard, as Zloyev tries to pass.

Zloyev tries to free his leg and advance position but Killa is retaining full guard.
Killa can't keep his opponent in guard - Zloyev advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Zloyev is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Killa is pressing down on Zloyev's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Killa working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Zloyev doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Zloyev manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Killa looking for a sweep. Not yet Killa, not yet.
Zloyev wants to control from the top but Killa keeps moving.

Killa looking to hit a scissor sweep but Zloyev is one step ahead there.

Killa has Zloyev pulled in close to control his posture.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Zloyev throws a body punch but Killa moves out of range.
Killa throws a head kick but Zloyev moves out of range.
A slow jab from Zloyev misses its intended target.
Killa throws out a loose jab but Zloyev uses good head movement to avoid it.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Zloyev fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Killa manages to avoid it.
Zloyev looks to throw the jab but Killa is out of range.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Zloyev.
Killa is trying to control Zloyev's posture but Zloyev avoids it.
Zloyev is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Killa has escaped the position, nice work there.
Kris Killa overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Zloyev is breathing heavily.
Zloyev thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Killa is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Zloyev off and has taken his back!
Killa is looking to control Zloyev but Zloyev is wriggling around and keeping busy.
Killa has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Zloyev is in real trouble here. Killa gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Zloyev is tapping out! Killa wins by rear naked choke!
