Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Skip Squint and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foxx lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kawaguchi circles away quickly and effectively.
Foxx gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Kawaguchi counters with a shoot takedown. Foxx fights it but they end up in guard.
Kawaguchi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Foxx swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Kawaguchi slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Foxx is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Kawaguchi asserts his dominance and retains side control.
