The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Ulveson. Those never looked like landing.
Ulveson throws a nice looking combination but Wallace bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Ulveson gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Wallace closes the distance and clinches up with Ulveson, looking for a takedown. Wallace pushes Ulveson against the cage but Ulveson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Ulveson throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Ulveson misses the shot to the body.
Ulveson throws a lazy right hand but Wallace sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Wallace seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Ulveson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
