Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Attila The Hun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George St pierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Attila The Hun! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, George St pierre! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Elvis Blanc and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! St pierre swings for the body but The Hun moves out of range.
The Hun gets caught flat footed, as St pierre shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. St pierre postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. The Hun keeping full guard, as St pierre tries to pass. The Hun lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for St pierre! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The Hun wants to take St pierre's back but he can't do it this time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The Hun wants to finish this one by submission but St pierre is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from The Hun. The Hun is going oldschool here, as he tries to force St pierre to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so St pierre shrugs it off. St pierre is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. The Hun fails to advance to St pierre's back.
That's one minute gone in the round. The Hun looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. The Hun throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. St pierre tries to hold on but The Hun postures up. A nice elbow there by The Hun. The Hun controlling the position easily from mount. The Hun has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. The Hun fails to move to back control. The Hun working for a guillotine from mount but St pierre is in no mood to give up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. St pierre is looking to improve his position but The Hun isn't that keen on the idea. St pierre is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. The Hun blocks St pierre's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. This has been an exciting period of action! The Hun prevents St pierre from getting the reversal. The Hun jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but St pierre manages to avoid the submission attempt. The Hun uses his free foot to push down on St pierre's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for St pierre. St pierre wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.

The ref stands the fighters back up. George St pierre was stalling too much, according to the referee. St pierre pulls out of a head kick attempt.
The Hun slaps away a takedown attempt from St pierre, before circling back to the center of the mat. The Hun tries to clinch but St pierre moves out of range. The Hun fails miserably with a takedown attempt. St pierre tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. The Hun manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. St pierre is looking to clinch. George St pierre is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. St pierre drives through with a takedown into The Hun's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. St pierre must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. The Hun keeping full guard, as St pierre tries to pass.

Not really close to a finish though. St pierre holding on. You can see the frustration on St pierre's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. The Hun wants to lay and pray for a moment but St pierre keeps working.

The Hun rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but St pierre moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Left hook, right uppercut from The Hun. St pierre shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. The Hun is looking to improve his position but St pierre isn't that keen on the idea. The Hun's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The Hun working to try and regain half guard.
The Hun tries to hold on but St pierre pushes him away. St pierre punishing his opponent with strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. St pierre controlling from the full mount. St pierre lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. The Hun is bucking up trying to escape but St pierre cracks him with another couple of good strikes. St pierre working The Hun over with strikes here. The Hun is in all sorts of trouble here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The Hun gets back to half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The Hun is not content to let St pierre control the position. St pierre wants to pass to mount but The Hun is defending the position. The Hun is trying to control but can't.

The Hun has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. St pierre is working away from the top position though. St pierre seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
That's three minutes gone in the round. St pierre is nestled in close to The Hun, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. St pierre looks to score some points with some ground and pound. The Hun is trying to get back to full guard. The Hun throws a strike from the bottom that misses.

That's four minutes gone in the round. St pierre is pressing down on The Hun's thigh, looking to free his foot. The Hun is holding on for now. St pierre is taking a breather. The Hun says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. The Hun tries to roll over but St pierre keeps him under control.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to George St pierre. Well The Hun has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
