Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tha Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ground Pound (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is lukenback texas. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pound lands a jab.
Pound connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Man bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Pound seems to have recovered his senses.
Pound takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Man throws a low kick, looking for Pound's leg but Pound calmly moves out of range.

Man walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Pound checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Man keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
The fighters circling - Man throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Pound ducks right into an uppercut from Man.
Pound takes a swing at Man's ribcage but misses.

Man lands a big right hand that sends Pound crashing to the mat! Man stays standing though and waves Pound back to his feet!
Man uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Pound.
Man looks to land a body kick but Pound moved away.
Ground Pound seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Man blocks a low kick nicely.
Man bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Pound pivots, looking for a leg kick but Man is out of range and Pound settles back down.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Pound will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Man darts in and clinches Pound up against the cage.

A left and a right from Pound both land. Nice combination.
Man uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Pound has time to react.
Pound avoids the head kick by Man.

Man lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
