The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruenos fails with a takedown attempt.

Jackson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ruenos tries to avoid it but Jackson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ruenos to the ground. Ruenos escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Ruenos's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Jackson clinches up with Ruenos and pushes him back against the cage.
Ruenos has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Jackson is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Ruenos seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Jackson is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
