Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jin Sukaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jin Sukaka has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jin Sukaka! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Chuck Hill! The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Skip Squint and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hill tries to clinch there but Sukaka circles away.
Hill avoids a punch combination nicely.
Sukaka rushes Hill and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Hill jumps guard but Sukaka stands there with Hill around his waist. Hill gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Sukaka breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Sukaka closes the distance and clinches. Sukaka on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Hill wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Sukaka has him pressed against the cage. Hill misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Hill drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hill preventing the sweep. Sukaka working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hill doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Hill stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sukaka swivels though and keeps the full guard. Sukaka looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Hill postures up.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Hill shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Sukaka is breathing heavily. Sukaka is staying active underneath Hill, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Hill shoots in but no luck this time. Hill lands with a cross. Hill has a takedown stuffed. Sukaka has taken the fight to the clinch.

It looks like Chuck Hill has been cut. Sukaka breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Hill looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Sukaka moves into the clinch successfully.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sukaka is looking to take a break and control but Hill is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Sukaka scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Sukaka not landing any meaningful shots this time. Hill is trying to get back to full guard. Still in half guard, Sukaka seems content to control. Sukaka has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Hill wants to control but Sukaka is keeping busy.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sukaka drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sukaka cracks Hill with a big elbow. Hill is looking to regain half guard here but Sukaka keeps moving and retains side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sukaka trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Sukaka loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Hill bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sukaka's guard. Hill avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Hill shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Hill was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Sukaka regains half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sukaka is looking to escape. Hill moves nicely into side control. Sukaka is not content to let Hill control the position. Hill tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Sukaka defending against the ground and pound. Hill tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Hill has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Sukaka is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Sukaka tries to improve position but can't. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Chuck Hill will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Chuck Hill's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Sukaka pushes Hill against the cage but Hill circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Hill swats away the attempt to clinch by Sukaka. Hill throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Sukaka counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Hill is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Sukaka scores with a knee to the head.

Hill seems to have recovered his senses. Hill tries to score a body lock takedown but Sukaka shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Jin Sukaka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chuck Hill.

Hill takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Hill can't keep his opponent in guard - Sukaka advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Sukaka stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Sukaka fails in his attempt to clinch. Hill gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Sukaka counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Hill is trying to keep Sukaka in close.
Sukaka slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Hill looking for a sweep. Not yet Hill, not yet. Hill trying to control the position.
Sukaka won't allow Hill to get back to his feet. Hill is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Sukaka frees his head nicely. Oh but Hill has switched to an armbar! Sukaka is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
