Head has chosen Don't sit down 'cause I've moved your chair as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Dick Head enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Head counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Machida Alves is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Head has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Head connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Machida Alves tumbling to the canvas! Head pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Machida Alves was done - good stoppage!
