The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circle momentarily. Charcoal darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Charcoal, right into the meat.
Flash shoots in but no luck this time.
Flash tries to move into range but Charcoal moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Charcoal misses with a series of wild punches.
Charcoal lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Charcoal cracks Flash with a right hand to the side of the head.
Flash shoots in for a takedown but Charcoal shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Flash shoots in looking for a takedown but Charcoal manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Flash's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Mr Charcoal has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jeff Flash.

Flash closes the distance and clinches up with Charcoal, looking for a takedown. Flash pushes Charcoal against the ropes but Charcoal circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Flash shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Charcoal sprawls well. Charcoal wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Flash gets slowly back to his feet.

Flash's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Charcoal connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Flash scrambles back to his feet.

A big right followed by a crushing left from Charcoal knocks Flash out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
