Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Raigor Stonehoof (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Mitrione (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Raigor Stonehoof! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Matt Mitrione! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stonehoof closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Mitrione seems a little lost for a moment, as Stonehoof dominates the positioning. Mitrione really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Stonehoof. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Stonehoof has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Stonehoof is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Mitrione knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Stonehoof is looking to take a break and control but Mitrione is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Stonehoof just content to control the position. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Stonehoof prevents Mitrione from escaping the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stonehoof tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Stonehoof has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Stonehoof tries for a kimura but Mitrione is defending well. Stonehoof takes a little break here. Mitrione wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Stonehoof has control of an arm but Mitrione manages to advance to Stonehoof's back! The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Mitrione doesn't have the hooks in and Stonehoof manages to turn into his guard.
Stonehoof drops back looking for a leg! Mitrione is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Mitrione manages to kick Stonehoof off! Stonehoof jumps back into Mitrione's guard. Stonehoof stopping the sweep attempt from Mitrione.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stonehoof trying to control the position from guard on top but Mitrione is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Stonehoof trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Stonehoof is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Stonehoof is stalling in the full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stonehoof wants to control from the top but Mitrione keeps moving. Stonehoof drops back looking for a leg! Mitrione is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Mitrione manages to kick Stonehoof off! Stonehoof jumps back into Mitrione's guard. Stonehoof wants to control from the top but Mitrione keeps moving. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Stonehoof content to stall in guard here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Raigor Stonehoof dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business.
Mitrione closes the distance but Stonehoof moves to the side and Stonehoof counters with a single leg into guard. Mitrione didn't expect that. Stonehoof passes easily into side control. Nice work. Stonehoof wants to finish this one by submission but Mitrione is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Stonehoof.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stonehoof manages to capitalize on a mistake by Mitrione to take his back! Stonehoof patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here? Stonehoof has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Mitrione! Can he survive? No! He's out! Stonehoof gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
