The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Emerson Jorge and Daniel Cesar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

TaTupa bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Dickinson is looking to work his way out of this bad position but TaTupa is controlling him well.

TaTupa tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
TaTupa working the head and body with strikes.

TaTupa working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
TaTupa in side control lands a decent elbow.
TaTupa lands an elbow.
TaTupa cracks Dickinson with a big elbow.
TaTupa scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Dickinson to see if he's OK.
TaTupa tries to advance to mount but Dickinson denies him.
TaTupa landing a few strikes.
Dickinson is trying to improve his position.
Dickinson wants to get back to his feet but TaTupa drags him back down.

TaTupa tries for a kimura but Dickinson is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dickinson tries to escape but TaTupa is in control.

Dickinson is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Dickinson is trying to buck TaTupa off.
TaTupa scoring with punches from side control.

TaTupa working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
TaTupa is breathing heavily.
Dickinson sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Dickinson wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
TaTupa working over Dickinson with some ground and pound. Dickinson looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
TaTupa prevents Dickinson from standing back up.
TaTupa is looking to advance position but Dickinson won't allow it.
TaTupa slips a nice elbow through Dickinson's hands, connecting with Dickinson's forehead.

Dickinson pushes TaTupa off and gets back to his feet.
Dickinson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Tomko TaTupa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

TaTupa closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - TaTupa lands in his opponent's guard.
Dickinson wants to get back to his feet but TaTupa is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

TaTupa passes Dickinson's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Dickinson is looking to escape.

TaTupa wants to work for an arm triangle but Dickinson is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

TaTupa is looking for a kimura but Dickinson is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for TaTupa to get the leverage.
Dickinson tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
TaTupa moves into full mount! Dickinson won't be happy about that!
Dickinson is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

TaTupa looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dickinson is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
Dickinson is looking to improve his position but TaTupa isn't that keen on the idea.
TaTupa breaks from Dickinson's wrist control and lands an elbow.
TaTupa landing strikes from the mount.

TaTupa looking for a guillotine from mount but Dickinson is having none of it.

TaTupa working the ground and pound effectively.
TaTupa fails to take his opponent's back.
A nice elbow there by TaTupa.

TaTupa looking to secure an arm triangle but Dickinson defends it well.
Dickinson tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Dickinson takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.


Dickinson is rocked!


It looks like Bruce Dickinson has been cut.
TaTupa has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Dickinson's face.
Dickinson is still in real trouble! Can TaTupa finish him?
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
TaTupa lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
TaTupa connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
TaTupa looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Dickinson covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
