Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Dixon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Munoz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dixon's entrance music is Seek & Destroy. A fine choice. Anthony Dixon has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mark Munoz! The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Anni Minnemäki and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dixon stuffs the takedown. Nice body punch from Dixon. Munoz misses with a takedown attempt - Dixon sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Dixon misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Munoz pivots, looking for a leg kick but Dixon is out of range and Munoz settles back down. Horrible takedown by Munoz or perhaps it was just good defense by Dixon which made him look bad. Anthony Dixon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Munoz. Dixon throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Munoz defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Dixon. Dixon misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Munoz.

Munoz scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Munoz working the strikes but Dixon uses the opportunity to regain half guard. Munoz thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Munoz seems to be working for a kimura but Dixon defends the submission attempt. Munoz missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Munoz is just content to waste time from the top position. Dixon takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Munoz throws a strike but Dixon rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Dixon loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Dixon postures up in Munoz's guard and throws a big left but Munoz blocks it. Dixon postures up.
Munoz utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Munoz is looking to stand up but Dixon isn't so interested in that idea.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dixon throws a big right hand that misses. Dixon won't allow Munoz to get back to his feet. Dixon missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Munoz avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Dixon postures up.
Munoz bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dixon's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Munoz wants to control from the top but Dixon keeps moving. Dixon manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Dixon closes the distance and clinches up with Munoz, looking for a takedown. Dixon pushes Munoz against the cage but Munoz circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Dixon is breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. No luck with that takedown attempt from Munoz. Dixon stalks Munoz and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Munoz's face. Munoz staggers backwards, shaken. Munoz fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Munoz fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Dixon avoids it really well and circles away. Munoz fails with a takedown attempt. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dixon works Munoz's body with a nice hook. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Munoz keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Munoz stuffs the takedown. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Anthony Dixon will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Dixon manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Dixon fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Munoz looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. No luck for Munoz with that takedown attempt. Anthony Dixon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Munoz. Dixon looks to land a combination but Munoz avoids it well. Dixon looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Munoz stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Munoz wants it to stay on the feet. Munoz avoids a kick to the body.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Dixon throws a right hand that Munoz ducks under and follows up with a left that Munoz also avoids with ease. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Munoz. Munoz has a takedown stuffed. Anthony Dixon is winning the standup battle so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dixon needs to keep his hands up - Munoz had a free shot at his head there. Munoz feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Dixon holds on and takes a little breather. Munoz controls from within his opponent's guard. Dixon keeping moving, preventing Munoz from controlling successfully.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Dixon has Munoz up against the cage in a clinch.
Dixon breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

and Munoz counters with a takedown into side control. Dixon on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Dixon tries to get out of the position. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dixon is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Munoz creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dixon takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Munoz throws a strike aimed at the side of Dixon's head but Dixon avoids it well. Dixon is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Munoz has just dragged him back down to the mat. Munoz in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Munoz cracks Dixon with a big right hand but Dixon just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Munoz throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Munoz trying to control the action but Dixon is working from the bottom. Munoz throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mark Munoz showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Dixon tries to avoid it but Munoz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dixon to the ground. Dixon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Dixon leaves Munoz with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Anthony Dixon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Munoz. Munoz swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Anthony Dixon is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Munoz tries to score a power double leg takedown but Dixon sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Munoz somewhat. Dixon lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Dixon throws a right and a left that both miss. Munoz shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Dixon as he avoids it easily. Dixon rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Munoz moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Dixon throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Dixon shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Munoz but Munoz pushes him off and we're back to square one. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Munoz manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Dixon on his heels. He'll look to pass Dixon's guard now, I'm sure. Munoz throws and elbow that misses. Dixon uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Munoz's guard. Nice move by Dixon! Dixon throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Dixon trying to control but Munoz is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Munoz is trying to control the position but Dixon postures up. Dixon passes Munoz's left leg - he's now in half guard. Dixon missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Dixon not landing any meaningful shots this time. Dixon wants to work for an arm triangle but Munoz is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Dixon thows a huge punch but Munoz dodges it nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Munoz avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Dixon. Dixon is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Dixon throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Munoz works his way to full guard. Good work. Dixon trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Munoz is trying to control the position but Dixon postures up. Dixon postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Munoz looking to control.
And that's the end of the fight! Anthony Dixon showed his dominance in that final round. I think Dixon has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
