Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bill Oddy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Kerensky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bill Oddy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Alexander Kerensky! The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kerensky ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Oddy moves away. Alexander Kerensky seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Good standup being displayed there by Kerensky as he connects with a hook.
It looks like Bill Oddy has been cut. Oddy instigates a clinch. Kerensky pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Kerensky swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Kerensky lands a right hook to the body.
Kerensky lands a lovely overhand right. Oddy chopping away at his opponent's legs.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kerensky misses with an uppercut
and Oddy counters with an outside leg kick.
Oddy misses with a takedown and Kerensky cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Kerensky tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Oddy was well out of range. Poor timing from Kerensky. Kerensky looks to land a left hand but Oddy moved out of range nicely. Kerensky misses with a wild combination.

Kerensky sizes up Oddy with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Kerensky lands a head shot. Oddy is looking to clinch but Kerensky is avoiding it.

Kerensky is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Oddy moves in looking to clinch but Kerensky pushes him off. Kerensky cracks Oddy with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. This has been an exciting period of action! Kerensky looks to land a right hand but Oddy moved out of range. Oddy closes the distance and clinches. Kerensky breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kerensky throws a nice looking combination but Oddy bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Oddy defending well as Kerensky loads up on a big left hand. A slow jab from Kerensky misses its intended target.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kerensky waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Oddy. Alexander Kerensky is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Oddy tries to close the distance and clinch but Kerensky swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Oddy on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Oddy moves in looking to clinch but Kerensky pushes him off. Kerensky swinging wildly here.

Oddy moves into range and clinches up with Kerensky. Kerensky breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Kerensky digs a good hook to Oddy's body.
A telegraphed right hand from Kerensky misses the target. Oddy moves out of range of the strikes. Oddy tries to move into range but Kerensky moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Kerensky connects with a nice looking jab.

Kerensky cracks Oddy with a right hand to the side of the head. Kerensky misses the shot to the body. Kerensky throws a looping overhand right but Oddy ducks down to avoid it. Oddy keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kerensky wants it to stay on the feet. Kerensky scores with a jab to the jaw. Oddy tries to clinch up.

Kerensky waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Oddy. Oddy is looking to take this fight into the clinch. A jab lands there for Kerensky. Oddy clinches up against the cage. Kerensky's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Kerensky goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Kerensky lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Kerensky misses with a few strikes there.
Oddy doesn't manage to clinch there - Kerensky circles away.
Kerensky feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Oddys jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Bill Oddy's cut is getting worse. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Oddy takes one to the chin there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Oddy tries for a takedown but Kerensky sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Oddy darts in trying to clinch and Kerensky counters with a one-two to the body. Kerensky throws a series of punches but Oddy avoids them all with ease. Kerensky swings for the body but Oddy moves out of range.

Oddy closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Oddy goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Kerensky rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Oddy's guard! Nice work there by Kerensky!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Oddy being controlled here, momentarily. Oddy looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Oddy might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Kerensky controls from within his opponent's guard. Oddy is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Kerensky trying to stand up but can't free himself from Oddy's guard. Kerensky is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kerensky trying to control the position from guard on top but Oddy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Oddy throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Oddy being controlled here, momentarily. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Kerensky pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Oddy is keeping the position for now. Oddy looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Alexander Kerensky showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Bill Oddy's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

The fight stays on the outside here - Oddy looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Alexander Kerensky seems to be getting the better of the standup. Kerensky scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Oddy moves out of range as Kerensky strikes. Kerensky misses with a straight left. Kerensky feints a jab promting Oddy to slip. Kerensky then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Oddy slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. A looping hook to the body misses from Kerensky. Oddy does a little dance to reset his feet. Kerensky looks to throw the jab but Oddy is out of range. Oddy shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Oddy sees it coming and avoids it easily. Kerensky fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Oddy tries to close the distance and clinch but Kerensky swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Oddy blocks a jab. Kerensky tests Oddy's chin there with a solid looking shot. Kerensky digs a good hook to Oddy's body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Donk. Kerensky catches Oddy right on the button with a cross. Kerensky takes a swing at Oddy's ribcage but misses. Oddy tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Kerensky manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Kerensky avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Kerensky thows a body shot but no joy. Kerensky moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Kerensky swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Oddy closes the distance and clinches up with Kerensky, looking for a takedown. Oddy pushes Kerensky against the cage but Kerensky circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Oddy slips a jab and a cross from Kerensky.

Kerensky defends it nicely. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bill Oddy. That's going to take a lot out of him. Oddy closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Kerensky tries to escape but Oddy is in control. Oddy tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
And that's the end of the fight! Alexander Kerensky comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Kerensky winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
