Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Sieve (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Ness (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jason Ness!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Ian Loll and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sieve shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Ness defends it nicely.

Sieve shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Ness is trying to defend but Sieve finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Jason Ness has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Ness shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Sieve eats them both and turns towards Ness to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Sieve shoots in and drives through. Ness sprawls well.

Ness stands and steps away. Sieve gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ness leaves Sieve with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Sieve throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Sieve tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ness paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Sieve tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Ness manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

That was a close second round but I would say that Tommy Sieve will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Sieve closes the distance and clinches up with Ness, looking for a takedown. Sieve pushes Ness against the cage but Ness circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
