The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Gregory Folan and Alec Ball.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Killer throws a head kick that misses.
Miner throws a head kick but Killer moves out of range.
Miner is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Miner with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Miner misses with a combination

Miner breaks from the clinch.
Anthony Miner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Killer moves out of range of the leg kick from Miner.
Miner lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.


It looks like Buzz Killer has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Miner tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Killer was well out of range. Poor timing from Miner.
Miner tries to bum rush Killer with a series of wild strikes but Killer uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Miner wants to hold on but Killer pushes him away.

Miner tries to hold on but Killer postures up.

The referee is taking a good look at Miner as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from Killer!
Killer is not going to allow Miner to sit and survive in this position.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

Killer scores with some strikes to the side of the head there. Good, points scoring shots.

Killer is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Miner knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Miner for a finish.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Miner tries to bum rush Killer with a series of wild strikes but Killer uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Miner moves in looking to clinch but Killer pushes him off.
Killer circles away from the clinch attempt.
Killer looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Miner is fending him off so far but Killer persists. Nope, Miner circles away and we're back to standing.
Miner throws a right and a left that both miss.

Killer rushes Miner and presses him up against the cage.
Killer tries to pull guard but Miner holds him up against the cage and eventually Killer drops back down to his feet.
Miner tries to circle away but Killer has him pinned against the cage.
Killer can't get the takedown.
Anthony Miner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Buzz Killer.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Killer.

Killer pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Miner misses with a series of wild punches.
Killer looks for a takedown but Miner sprawls well.

Killer changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Miner looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Killer is breathing heavily.
Killer takes a little break here. Miner wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Killer is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Miner's shoulder. That is not cool.
Miner wants to control but Killer postures up.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Buzz Killer has got the better of the ground game so far.
Miner is not content to let Killer control the position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Killer staying calm.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Buzz Killer wasn't active enough on the ground.
Miner throws a head kick that misses.
Killer closes the distance and clinches up with Miner, looking for a takedown. Killer pushes Miner against the cage but Miner circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Killer slips a jab and a cross from Miner.

Killer bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Miner trying to control but Killer flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!
Killer is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Killer gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Killer gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Killer apologises and we restart here on the feet.

Miner gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Killer to score an easy takedown into full guard.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Killer is working Miner over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Killer stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Killer swats away the attempt to clinch by Miner.
Miner finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Buzz Killer showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Miner falls off balance throwing a combination

and Killer counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Killer.
Miner tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Killer stands up over Miner, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Killer lands a couple of digs.

Miner looking for subs off his back but Killer has passed one foot through into half guard.
Killer lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Killer seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Killer frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Killer fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Killer controlling the pace for now.
Killer with shots to the head and body - Miner looks very uncomfortable down there.

Killer lands a big shot there that rocks Miner but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Buzz Killer comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Killer winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
