Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ming McMahon!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones with a poor takedown
and McMahon counters with a slapping leg kick.
McMahon stuffs the takedown attempt from Jones. Jones gets slowly back to his feet.
McMahon is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Jones shoots in looking for a takedown but McMahon manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jones's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jon Jones. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and McMahon makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

and McMahon counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Jones is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and McMahon counters with a crisp one two that drops Jones! McMahon thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Jones to his feet! Jones is in big trouble!
Jones is rocked!
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! McMahon throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Jones is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Ming McMahon!
