Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Phil Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Piston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Piston swings for the body but Davis moves out of range.
Davis shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Piston but Piston pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Davis misses with a takedown attempt - Piston sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Davis shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Piston sprawls well. Piston wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Davis gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Phil Davis. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Davis shoots in for a takedown but Piston shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Davis has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Piston.
Piston throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Davis takes a head kick and keeps coming.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Piston closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Piston escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Piston throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Davis. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Piston connects with a leg kick. Davis looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Piston misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Davis.
Piston throws a lazy right hand but Davis sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Piston misses with a jab, cross combination.
Piston tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Piston lands a big head kick that sends Davis tumbling to the mat! Piston takes a step backwards and waves Davis back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Davis is rocked!
Piston ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Oh Davis is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Piston misses with a wild combination.
Piston throws an overhand right that has Davis reeling! Piston follows up with more punches and Davis is out cold! This one is all over!
