Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Taz Fodido (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yue Fung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Taz Fodido!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yue Fung!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Shimada.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fodido fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Fung checks it well.
Fodido fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Fodido decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Fodido stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fung swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Fodido misses with a takedown attempt - Fung sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Fung drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Fung stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fodido swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Fodido is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Fodido is breathing heavily.
Fung loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Fung postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Fodido is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Fung, into his guard.

Fung had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Fodido is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Fung Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Fodido's back instead.

Fodido defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Fung's arms.
Fung lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Fung.

Fung is cranking Fodido's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Fodido! He's tightened the choke and Fodido is tapping out!
