The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goreira feints a jab promting PierrSt to slip. Goreira then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. PierrSt slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
PierrSt misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
PierrSt shoots in but no luck this time.
Goreira shoots in and drives through. PierrSt sprawls well.
PierrSt drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Goreira manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
PierrSt looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Goreira wants to improve his position but PierrSt is controlling well.

Goreira closes the distance and clinches up with PierrSt, looking for a takedown. Goreira pushes PierrSt against the cage but PierrSt circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
PierrSt moves into the clinch.
PierrSt swings wildly with an uppercut but Goreira uses good head movement to avoid it.
PierrSt is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Goreira can't fight it off and eventually PierrSt manages to take the fight to the floor. Goreira looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
