The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caldwell rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Paukku moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Caldwell throws a right and a left that Paukku avoids nicely.
Caldwell waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Paukku.
Caldwell fails to land with a series of punches.
Rowan Caldwell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Caldwell drops Paukku with a right and a left! Caldwell comes rushing in but Paukku regains his composure and manages to keep Caldwell in guard.
Paukku is rocked!
It looks like Jaakko Paukku has been cut.
Caldwell would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Paukku is still in real trouble! Can Caldwell finish him?
Paukku is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Caldwell gets to his feet - Paukku follows without any prompting.
Paukku seems to have recovered his senses.
A solid leg kick lands there for Caldwell.

Paukku has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Caldwell doesn't defend quickly enough and Paukku has managed to lock this one up! Can Caldwell escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Paukku on a fantastic submission victory.
