The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesnar misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Lesnar shoots for a takedown but Mash saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Nice sprawl there from Mash as Lesnar shoots in.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brock Lesnar. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lesnar tries to keep at a distance but Mash has taken the fight into the clinch.
Mash decides to pull guard.
Mash is controlling Lesnar's posture.

Mash is looking to sinch up a triangle. Lesnar throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Mash's body to avoid the submission. Mash has instead reached around Lesnar's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Mash arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
