Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Andy Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jed Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Stone might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to I stand alone - Godsmack. Andy Stone has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andy Stone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jed Kim!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kim scores with a crisp jab that stopped Stone in his tracks.


It looks like Andy Stone has been cut.
Kim looks to land a left hand but Stone moved out of range nicely.
Kim shoots in but Stone avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Kim walks into a left hand.
Kim looks to land a right hand but Stone moved out of range.
Stone ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Kim drops Stone with a beautiful combination! Stone stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Kim is looking for the KO!

This has been an exciting period of action!
Stone throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kim.
Oh Stone is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sloppy strikes from Stone. Those never looked like landing.

Kim lands a big uppercut and Stone crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Stone looks OK. Kim waves Stone back to his feet!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Kim enables Stone to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Kim manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Stone drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Stone jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

and Stone counters with a good low kick that Kim was not able to check.

Kim lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

I would just about give that final round to Jed Kim.
