The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Da Souza fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Wizard to the ground. Da Souza is now in Wizard's guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Da Souza accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Wizard keeping moving, preventing Da Souza from controlling successfully.
Wizard throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.

Da Souza got a little sloppy there for a moment and Wizard has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Da Souza has managed to get both his arms back between Wizard's legs - danger averted.
Wizard is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Da Souza defends well.
