Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alistair Nelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Mox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Mr Mox! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Atkins and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch combination from Nelson misses. Nelson throws a leg kick but Mox moved away. Mox throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Mox throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mox takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Mox looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Mox gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Nelson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Mox is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Nelson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Nelson lands a head kick!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mox closes the distance and pushes Nelson back into the cage. Mox throws a punch but it's blocked by Nelson. Nelson is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Mox is defending well for now. Nelson controlling the action here for a moment.

Mox pulls guard effortlessly. Mox not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Nelson trying to control but Mox is working from the bottom. Nelson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Mox looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Nelson throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Mox works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Mox trying to control the position.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Nelson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Nelson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mox on the ground. Nelson is looking to work some ground and pound but Mox has wrist control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mox looking to control.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Nelson trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Nelson tries to free his leg and advance position but Mox is retaining full guard. Nelson wants to control from the top but Mox keeps moving.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Mox clinches up against the cage. Nelson tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Nelson is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Mox is defending well for now. Nelson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Nelson will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Nelson throws a leg kick that misses. Alistair Nelson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mox fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Nelson to the ground. Mox is now in Nelson's guard. Nelson looking to control but Mox passes into half guard.

Mox tries for a kimura but Nelson is defending well. Mox is looking to take a break and control but Nelson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Mox stands up and beckons Nelson to his feet. Mox fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Nelson pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Alistair Nelson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Mox darts in and clinches Nelson up against the cage. Mox tries to land knees in the clinch but Nelson avoids the damage to the body. Nelson is trying to stall.
Mox gets control of Nelson's arms and successfully pulls guard. Mox will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Nelson seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Nelson works over Mox with some ground and pound from guard. Mox pulls Nelson in close to prevent any damage. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Nelson working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nelson swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Mox throws a nice looking combination but Nelson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Nelson tries a head kick but it misses.

Nelson is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Mox drags the fight down to the ground.

Nelson drops back looking for a leg! Mox is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Mox manages to kick Nelson off! Nelson jumps back into Mox's guard. Mox keeping moving, preventing Nelson from controlling successfully. Nelson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mox has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Nelson has managed to get both his arms back between Mox's legs - danger averted. Mox wants to sweep here but Nelson controlling him for the moment. Nelson's corner is telling him to maintain position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nelson being controlled here momentarily. Mr Mox has got the better of the ground game so far. Nelson trying to control but Mox is working from the bottom. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Alistair Nelson just wasn't active enough. A clash of legs there as Mox blocks the low kick. Mox blocks a head kick by Nelson.

Nelson is trying to maintain a safe position but Mox gets an underhook and turns Nelson into the cage. Nelson tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Mox avoids it. Nelson blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Both guys are working to get underhooks. Nelson tries for a takedown. No joy.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Nelson is trying to break free. Mox avoiding damage as Nelson throws knees to the body.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Nelson tries to land a knee to the head but misses.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alistair Nelson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mox swings wildly with an uppercut but Nelson uses good head movement to avoid it. Mox can't get the takedown.

That was a close second round but I would say that Alistair Nelson will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Nelson throws a sloppy head kick and Mox moves out of range easily. Nelson swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Mox decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Mox not doing much here.

Mox fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Nelson, pushing him back against the cage. Nelson misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Mox.

Mox stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nelson throws a head kick that misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nelson scores with a push kick. Mox looks to throw the jab but Nelson is out of range. Mox takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Mox takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Nelson throws a sloppy head kick and Mox moves out of range easily. Nelson tries a head kick but it misses.

Mox controls from within his opponent's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Mox postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
And that's the end of the fight! Mr Mox comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Mox has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
