Meridius comes to the cage accompanied by Sexion d'Assaut - Desole . Brown has chosen Cleveland Brown Rap as his entrance music. Cleveland Brown has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
23 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Cleveland Brown!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Yves DeLean and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown lands a high kick!
Cleveland Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Meridius stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Brown.
Brown swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Meridius counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Meridius throws a head kick that misses.
Brown keeps the fight on the outside.
Meridius tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Meridius connects with a solid leg kick.
Meridius lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
It looks like Cleveland Brown has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Meridius scores with a jab to the body.
Brown takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Meridius throws a quick inside leg kick.
Brown looks gassed!
Meridius pushes Brown away with a front kick.
Meridius misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Brown takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Meridius moves into range and connects with a jab.
Brown takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Meridius connects with a body shot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The fighters circle, before Meridius throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Brown's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Meridius lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Maximus Meridius!
A relieved looking Maximus Meridius thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
